Primary purposes
- Respond to inquiries and messages.
- Understand the stated need and follow up on a possible service relationship.
- Maintain a basic record of communication.
- Protect the form, prevent spam, fraud or abusive use and address security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations when applicable.
We do not currently use form information for newsletters, automated promotions, advertising profiles or commercial campaigns. If a secondary purpose is added in the future, additional consent will be requested before the information is used for that purpose.

Service providers and disclosures
ARAKA does not sell personal data or share it with advertisers. Website operation may involve service providers acting on ARAKA’s behalf, mainly hosting, security and email services provided by Hostinger. Their participation is limited to providing those services under the applicable agreements and conditions.
We do not currently anticipate disclosures to independent third parties that require consent. If this changes, the notice will be updated and authorization will be requested when required.

Your request should include your name and a way to receive the response; documents proving identity or legal representation; a clear description of the personal data involved; the right you wish to exercise; and any information that helps locate the records. Rectification requests should include the requested correction and supporting documentation.
ARAKA will communicate its determination and, when appropriate, make the right effective within the periods established by applicable Mexican law.
Withdrawal of consent and limitation of use
You may request withdrawal of consent or limitation of use and disclosure through the same email. Withdrawal is not retroactive and may not apply when processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or an active legal relationship.
